How do I install WooCommerce?
Once hosting is active, install WordPress through the customer portal, then configure the WooCommerce plugin in WordPress. Setting up products, payment methods and delivery options is a separate task.
Can I migrate an existing WooCommerce store?
Yes, the files and database can be migrated. For a live store containing order data, we recommend an agreed migration window and a fresh backup.
How many products can I add?
There is no fixed product-count limit. Actual resource requirements depend on image sizes, plugins, the database and traffic together.
Are SSL and automatic backups included?
Paid online store hosting plans include daily automatic backups with 7 backups retained, and free SSL is available on request. The domain must be configured correctly for SSL.
Can I use my own domain and business email?
Yes. The plan cards show domain and mailbox limits. Email messages share the plan’s storage allowance with your files and databases.
Does annual online store hosting include a domain?
Yes. With annual billing, the first year of one standard .hu domain registration is free. Other supported standard extensions receive a 5% registration discount up to Price unavailable, or 10% above Price unavailable. Renewal is charged separately at the then-current price.
Does the price include building the online store?
No. The plan provides hosting and installation tools. Design, payment and delivery integrations, and ongoing maintenance are separate tasks.
Can I upgrade to a larger plan later?
Yes. If your product catalog or storage requirements grow, you can request a plan change in the customer portal.
When should I choose a VPS for my online store?
If shared hosting limits are no longer sufficient, or you need allocated CPU/RAM, your own runtime environment or custom background processes, contact us to discuss a VPS.
