2. Enquiries and contact
The name, email address, selected service and project description entered in our enquiry form are needed to receive and respond to your message. Selecting Send submits these details to our server, where we record the enquiry, forward it by email and send an acknowledgement. If direct submission fails, you can prepare and send the message using your own email application; your email provider’s data processing terms also apply in that case.
We process enquiry details to answer your question, clarify your requirements and prepare a proposal. For enquiries about entering into a contract, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into that contract. Other business correspondence may be based on our legitimate interest in providing a meaningful response and maintaining contact.
3. Technical website data
When we serve the website, technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page and browser details may be recorded in server logs. We use this information to operate the website, investigate faults and review potential abuse. We do not use it to associate the text entered in an enquiry with an advertising profile.
4. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page views and certain stages of the enquiry process. Successfully recorded enquiries, hosting order submissions and server-verified card payments are measured as separate events, according to the consent state; where consent is declined, limited cookieless signals may be sent. We do not use Analytics page-view tracking on other customer portal pages. Microsoft Clarity uses heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand how the website is used. Google Analytics advanced Consent Mode may send cookieless page-view and consent signals to Google before you make a choice and after you decline. The Google Ads base tag also follows the consent state; we do not grant consent for advertising cookies or personalization. These signals do not write or read statistical cookies, but may transmit technical and website usage information, so cookieless operation does not mean that no data is transmitted. Microsoft Clarity may also collect limited cookieless usage data before a choice and after consent is declined. Statistical cookies and full cookie-based session analysis operate only after you accept the relevant category. Declining does not prevent you from using the website.
| Category | Purpose | Provider | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Keep the website working and remember your cookie preferences. | MONTAVIO GROUP | Always active |
| Statisztika | Cookie-based traffic and event measurement; if declined, only limited cookieless signals are used. Our own cart item-count measurement, which does not use personal identifiers, operates independently. | Google Analytics 4 | Optional |
| Marketing | Google Ads remarketing and personalised advertising based on the pages you visit. | Google Ads | Optional |
| Usage analytics | Full session analytics to improve the website; if declined, a limited cookieless mode is used. | Microsoft Clarity | Optional |
Technical device information, visited pages and interactions may be transmitted to Google and Microsoft. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, messages, billing details, domain names or email contents as Analytics events. Order events include the payment method, amount and currency. An opaque order identifier is used to deduplicate verified purchase events. A purchase event is generated only after server-side payment verification. Form contents are masked for Clarity. Advertising consent is not granted.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it using the privacy settings available on the privacy page. On withdrawal, we stop cookie-based measurement, delete measurement cookies accessible on our own domain, and switch Google Analytics and Clarity to their limited cookieless modes. Signed-in administrators are excluded from measurement. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Google Analytics may use cookies beginning with _ga; Clarity may use _clck and _clsk. Google Analytics identifiers can typically persist for up to two years, Clarity _clck for one year and _clsk for one day. Your browser’s restrictions may shorten these periods. Google and Microsoft services may involve processing outside the EEA; their privacy notices explain the applicable terms and safeguards.
5. Aggregate cart measurement
We record the number of items added to carts in our own system to provide aggregate figures for a selected period in our business overview. Each event contains a random technical identifier, quantity and timestamp. The measurement table does not store names, email addresses, domain names, cart contents or user identifiers. This first-party quantity measurement is independent of your statistical cookie choice and is not used to create an advertising profile.
6. Retention and recipients
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and resolve any related claims. If a contract is concluded, mandatory retention rules for contractual and accounting documents also apply. Contact us for details of the retention arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Technical providers used for email and website operation may access the information necessary for their work. Data may also need to be disclosed in response to a competent authority or a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data used for domain registration
For domain registration, renewal or transfer, we process the domain name, order and payment details, and the identification and contact information required for the registrant and administrative contact. For an individual registering a .hu domain, this may include their name, address, email, phone number and selected identification details. For an organization, it may include its name, address, email, phone number, tax number and representative’s name.
We process this information to fulfil the order, verify domain entitlement, maintain contact, prevent abuse and meet registry requirements. Necessary information is transmitted to the accredited registrar and registry for the relevant extension, and to technical or data escrow providers they require. International providers may involve transfers outside the EEA.
Domain-related information is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract, maintain the domain, resolve potential claims and comply with mandatory record-keeping requirements. Deleting or transferring a domain does not automatically result in the immediate deletion of all registration and accounting records.
8. Your rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable rules and conditions, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Send requests to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti), or to the supervisory authority competent for your circumstances. Information about your rights and submitting a complaint is available at poverenik.rs.
