VPS Care includes the Monitoring plan; VPS Managed also includes Care. The scope and response times of a Custom SLA are set out in a separate agreement. Backup verification is separate from the cost of the backup service itself.
VPS rental + management fee
They are separate line items in the proposal. The server fee depends on the VPS configuration; the management fee depends on the selected service level.

Is the VPS rental fee included in the management price?
No. VPS rental and management are separate monthly fees. The proposal shows the full cost together, with each item clearly listed.
What does VPS Monitoring include?
We monitor availability, CPU, RAM and storage, send alerts when anomalies occur and provide a monthly report. Basic security updates, firewall protection and SSH security are also included. General troubleshooting and application management are not included.
What does the monthly work allowance cover?
In VPS Managed, this is the time available for operational tasks agreed in advance. The proposal specifies the exact hours and rules for using them.
What response times do you commit to?
Committed response times are specified in a Custom SLA agreement after assessing the servers and required on-call arrangements. Other plans do not automatically include an SLA commitment.
Can you manage an existing VPS?
Yes. After a technical and access assessment, we agree on the tasks we can safely undertake in that environment.
