Which WordPress hosting plan should I choose?
Basic may suit a new blog or small business website. For more content, domains or websites, compare the limits of Business, Premium and Max. You can upgrade later.
How do I install WordPress?
Once hosting is active, you can start the WordPress installer in the customer portal. Building the website and configuring plugins are separate tasks.
Can I migrate my existing WordPress website?
Yes, your files and database can be migrated. If you need help, tell us the website’s size and current provider so we can agree on the next steps.
Does WordPress hosting include an SSL certificate?
A free SSL certificate is available for your hosting. The domain must point to the hosting correctly and pass validation.
Are backups created automatically?
Yes. These paid plans include daily automatic backups, with 7 backups retained. You should also create your own backup before important changes.
Can I upgrade to a larger plan later?
Yes. If you need more storage or hosted domains, you can request a plan change in the customer portal.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You can connect the domain to your hosting by updating its DNS settings correctly. The plan cards show how many domains can be hosted.
Is domain registration included in the price?
With annual billing, the first year of one standard .hu domain registration is free. Other supported standard extensions receive a 5% registration discount up to Price unavailable, or 10% above Price unavailable. Domains renew at the then-current price.
Can I host multiple WordPress websites on one plan?
This depends on your plan’s domain, database and shared storage limits. Check these limits before hosting multiple websites.
Is support available in Hungarian?
Yes. You can contact us in Hungarian about hosting and installation. Custom website development and ongoing maintenance are not included in the hosting fee.
