Which plan should I choose?
The Basic plan may suit a small business website. For most businesses, we recommend Business: 15 GB storage, 3 hosted domains, 15 email accounts and one free website migration. For more websites or larger file collections, consider Premium or Max.
How long does hosting setup take?
We begin hosting setup once a card payment is confirmed or a bank transfer is verified. You will be notified when access is ready. Special domain or migration requirements may need to be discussed beforehand.
I already have a website. Can you migrate it?
Yes. Business includes one free website migration; Premium and Max include three. We first assess the files, database, domain and email dependencies, as custom or unusual environments may require a separate agreement.
Is a free .hu domain really included?
When you order paid annual hosting, the first year of one standard .hu domain registration is free. Renewal the following year is charged separately at the then-current domain price. This offer does not apply to the free Entry plan.
What if I outgrow my plan?
You can upgrade if you need more storage, mailboxes or hosted domains. Review the new limits and price before confirming the change.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Choose monthly or annual billing when ordering. Automatic renewal is enabled only if you explicitly select and accept it at checkout; the order summary shows the applicable cancellation and renewal terms.
What if I accidentally break something on my website?
Paid plans include daily automatic backups. You can restore any backup from the past 7 days through the customer portal. You should still create your own backup before major updates or changes.
Can I get help if I get stuck?
Yes. You can contact us in Hungarian about hosting, access and configuration. Custom website development, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included in the hosting fee; we can agree on these separately.
