This website presents our services and supports comparison and contact. You may use it for lawful informational and business purposes. Deliberate disruption, unauthorized access and the introduction of malicious code are prohibited.

Submitting an enquiry for custom development does not automatically place an order or create a contract. The scope, fee, deadline, responsibilities and deliverables are set out in a separately accepted proposal or contract.

Ordering hosting through the customer portal is a separate process. The selected plan, billing period, total and payment method are shown before confirmation. The payment methods, Paddle’s role and renewal are explained in the Payment terms. Custom service prices marked as provisional are indicative; the accepted proposal contains the final fee and delivery terms.

Development, domain registration, web hosting, VPS, operation and support may be separate services. Ordering one does not automatically include the others. Access, backups, availability and support arrangements are agreed separately according to the service provided.

Montavio Group administers and manages domain registrations. Technical registration is carried out by the accredited registrar for the relevant extension. The customer is the official domain registrant.

Acting on the customer’s instructions, Montavio facilitates and administers registration, renewal, transfer and, where included, DNS management. In addition to these terms, the customer is bound by the rules of the relevant registry, the accredited registrar and, for international domains, applicable ICANN rules.

Customers must provide accurate, complete and current registrant, contact and, where required, identification information. Anyone acting for an organization declares that they are authorized to represent it and submit the domain application. Incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information may cause registration to be delayed, rejected, suspended or cancelled.

The customer declares that, to their knowledge, the chosen name and intended use do not infringe another person’s name, trademark, copyright or other rights, and are not intended for unlawful purposes. The customer accepts responsibility for use of the domain. Montavio may reject applications that are clearly unlawful, misleading or liable to facilitate abuse.

For a .hu domain, the customer accepts the current .hu Domain Registration Rules, their privacy provisions and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum procedure. Required declarations and supporting documents must be provided through the customer portal or when separately requested.

A domain search or creation of an order does not reserve a domain. Availability is checked again when payment starts and before technical registration. Registration is complete only when confirmed by the competent registrar or registry; payment alone does not guarantee that the domain will be obtained.

Displayed standard prices do not apply to premium domains, reserved names, special eligibility conditions or different registry fees. Montavio will explain any difference before proceeding, and the customer must approve any additional payment or change.

If a paid domain registration cannot be completed for a reason not attributable to the customer, Montavio will offer an alternative domain or a refund of the amount paid for that domain. Other related services already started or completed remain subject to their own terms.

A 12-month order for a paid hosting plan includes a discount on the first registration of one standard domain selected in the same order. For a standard .hu domain, the discount covers the entire first-year registration fee. For other supported standard extensions, the discount is 5% for a registration fee up to HUF 3,000 and 10% above HUF 3,000. The discount is shown separately in the payment summary. When prices are displayed in USD, the same HUF-based eligibility threshold is converted using the quoted exchange rate.

The discount does not apply to free or monthly hosting, domain renewals, transfers, premium names or other specially priced domains. One domain discount may be used per annual hosting order. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another order, and cannot reduce the domain fee below zero.

The discount applies only to the first registration period. Later renewal is charged at the price in effect at renewal. If registration cannot be completed, this does not by itself cancel the hosting order; the rules for unsuccessful fulfilment apply to the amount actually paid for the domain.

Domains are registered for a defined period. The expiry date is available in the customer portal, but customers are also responsible for keeping their contact details reachable and ordering and paying for renewal in time. Initial registration and later renewal fees may differ.

Renewal is secured only after successful payment and confirmation by the registrar or registry. After expiry, a domain may be suspended, deleted or placed in a restoration period. Restoration may incur a separate fee and is not always possible.

Transfer to another provider may be requested under the applicable registry and registrar rules, security locks, expiry and payment requirements. After appropriate customer identification, Montavio will provide the necessary assistance available to it.

Website text, branding and original images may be used with the rights holder’s permission. Brands and products shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective rights holders. The contract defines usage rights and handover terms for custom development.

External website operators control their own content and availability. Our knowledge base provides general guidance and illustrative examples. Check your own system settings, access and backups before applying them.
