A brief that is easy to discuss
- Goal: which specific task do you want to simplify?
- Users: who will use it, and on which devices?
- Features: what is essential in the first version?
- Integrations: which existing systems must it connect to?
- Timeline and budget: what constraints should guide the solution?
Include an example for AI features
- Provide anonymised examples of the input and expected output.
- Define which data the system may use and who may access it.
- Define when human approval is required and what should happen with an uncertain answer.
- Agree on measurable acceptance criteria, such as expected results on verified samples.
